1、現(xiàn)象(xiàng)描述

測試环(huán)境:電(diàn)腦安(ān)裝(zhuāng)IIO SCOPE软(ruǎn)件(jiàn),NG-SDR-V3.0闆卡(kǎ)安(ān)裝(zhuāng)指定(dìng)bin文(wén)件(jiàn),通(tòng)过(guò)IIO SCOPE控制AD9361執行發(fà)送或(huò)者(zhě)接收(shōu)指定(dìng)頻率功率的(de)单音(yīn)信号(hào)。
測試結果(guǒ)1:Transmit Side of SDRs
A Tone was generated from iioscope with 0dbm softgain at Tx. And peak power was observed at spectrum analyzer at different frequencies.
[Because the board material is FR-4 and the output is slightly mismatched at high frequencies.We can solve this in Version 3 from material(Rogers 4350) and impedence matching]

測試結果(guǒ)2:Isolation/Leakage Problem in the SDR-V2 Cards
Leakage is characterized at Rx2 for both cards i.e., FMCOMMS3 and NG-SDR V2.0, using IIOSCOPE, keeping Tx softgain 0dBm and Rx hardware gain0dBm.
[Because the channels gets too close ,and BBU are in the same card with RF.We can improve the two indexs ,but I don’t think it can reach the performances as FMCOMMS3.]
[I think there is something wrong with the test. It is impossible to reach this performance(-70dB) in FMCOMMS3,the right one is in next picture with red rectangle ]

測試結果(guǒ)描述:NG-SDR-V2.0闆卡(kǎ)與(yǔ)FCOMMS3闆卡(kǎ)对(duì)比測試結果(guǒ)顯示,NG-SDR-V2.0闆卡(kǎ)的(de)TX功率和(hé)RX功率相比官方(fāng)闆卡(kǎ)比較差。NG-SDR-V2.0闆卡(kǎ)的(de)隔离度(dù)與(yǔ)FCOMMS3闆卡(kǎ)隔离度(dù)也(yě)是差非(fēi)常多(duō)。
2、原因(yīn)分(fēn)析
闆卡(kǎ)TX通(tòng)道(dào)在(zài)低(dī)頻段(duàn)信号(hào)能(néng)量(liàng)衰减較小,而(ér)高(gāo)頻段(duàn)衰减較大(dà),符合信号(hào)衰减規律。
查閱AD9361的(de)layout指南(nán),官方(fāng)推薦使用(yòng)rogers 4003闆材,該闆材具有(yǒu)較低(dī)的(de)介質(zhì)損耗,損耗因(yīn)子为(wèi)0027 。有(yǒu)利于(yú)高(gāo)頻性(xìng)能(néng)。當前(qián)闆材为(wèi)FR4,損耗因(yīn)子为(wèi)0.02,相比于(yú)4003闆材損耗相當的(de)大(dà)。綜上(shàng)闆材是TX功率損耗的(de)重(zhòng)要(yào)因(yīn)素。
射頻連(lián)接器型号(hào)为(wèi):SMA-KYWHD17,适用(yòng)頻率範圍为(wèi)DC-3G,當前(qián)闆卡(kǎ)的(de)頻率範圍为(wèi)70M—6G.不(bù)能(néng)覆蓋當前(qián)使用(yòng)範圍。
射頻連(lián)接器为(wèi)插件(jiàn),射頻信号(hào)在(zài)連(lián)接器處(chù),会(huì)有(yǒu)stub,存在(zài)阻抗不(bù)連(lián)續的(de)情(qíng)況,可(kě)能(néng)会(huì)影響射頻性(xìng)能(néng)
射頻隔离度(dù)較低(dī),可(kě)能(néng)跟PCB材質(zhì)有(yǒu)關(guān),以(yǐ)及(jí)射頻通(tòng)道(dào)之間(jiān)間(jiān)距有(yǒu)關(guān)。
3、糾正(zhèng)措施
調整設計(jì)方(fāng)案(àn):
闆卡(kǎ)選用(yòng)用(yòng)Rogers 4350,損耗因(yīn)子0040(相比rogers 4003的(de)闆材4350的(de)介電(diàn)損耗接近(jìn),闆材更(gèng)为(wèi)常用(yòng),且(qiě)对(duì)V2闆卡(kǎ)當前(qián)的(de)层(céng)疊影響不(bù)大(dà)不(bù)大(dà))
射頻連(lián)接器型号(hào):SMA-KYWHD17,变更(gèng)为(wèi)SMA-KFD46A,信号(hào)頻率为(wèi)DC-18G 。同(tóng)时(shí)該連(lián)接器信号(hào)線(xiàn)为(wèi)表(biǎo)貼,沒(méi)有(yǒu)stub。
射頻連(lián)接器,在(zài)PCB闆邊(biān)等間(jiān)距擺放(fàng),拉開(kāi)射頻通(tòng)道(dào)之間(jiān)的(de)間(jiān)距。
4、措施验(yàn)證
修改設計(jì)的(de)闆卡(kǎ)V3回闆后验(yàn)證:


測試結果(guǒ):NG-SDR-V3.0,TX功率與(yǔ)FCOMMS3闆卡(kǎ)幾(jǐ)乎一(yī)致(zhì),通(tòng)道(dào)間(jiān)隔离度(dù)也(yě)與(yǔ)FCOMMS3一(yī)致(zhì),滿足甲方(fāng)需求,对(duì)策有(yǒu)效。
建議:后續射頻闆卡(kǎ)全部(bù)采用(yòng)rogers 4350闆材,射頻通(tòng)道(dào)間(jiān)拉開(kāi)一(yī)定(dìng)的(de)距离。
